1) Eligibility & your responsibilities

• You must be 21 years or older to use PlayArenaNZ. Do not access the site if you are underage.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and the rules of any network you use (workplace, school, etc.).
• We may request additional confirmation of age or restrict access if we cannot reasonably verify eligibility.

2) Social casino, virtual coins & no prizes

PlayArenaNZ offers games for entertainment using virtual currencies (for example, coins, credits, tokens, or similar) ("Virtual Coins").

• Virtual Coins are not money, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash or cash-equivalent.
• No real-money prizes, winnings, or awards are offered through gameplay on PlayArenaNZ.
• Gameplay outcomes are for entertainment only. Any leaderboard or “win” indicators represent in-game results only.

3) Purchases (if offered) & billing

From time to time we may offer optional in-app purchases to obtain Virtual Coins or in-game items. If you choose to buy, you agree that:

• All purchases are for digital entertainment items; they do not grant ownership of real-world value.
• Prices, packs, and availability may change without notice.
• Where platform rules apply (e.g., app store payments), those rules govern refunds and chargebacks.

4) Accounts, devices & security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any access methods used to play.
• We may limit access per device, browser session, or network to reduce abuse and maintain fairness.
• You must provide accurate information where requested and must not impersonate others.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, use bots, automation, scripts, or attempt to manipulate gameplay, timers, rewards, or Virtual Coin balances.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with site operation, security, or anti-fraud systems.
• Harass others, post unlawful content, or use the site to transmit malware or harmful code.
• Use the service for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6) Virtual Coins: limits, adjustments & forfeiture

• Virtual Coins may be granted via daily bonuses, promotions, or purchases (if available), subject to limits and eligibility.
• We may adjust, remove, or reset Virtual Coins if we detect errors, abuse, fraudulent activity, or technical issues.
• Virtual Coins and in-game items may expire or be removed after extended inactivity, where reasonably necessary for operations.

7) Intellectual property

The site, design, trademarks, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use PlayArenaNZ for entertainment, subject to these Terms.
