Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (21+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We may request age verification and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2) Social casino only — no real-money gambling

• The Service is a social casino game for entertainment purposes only.
• No real-money wagering is offered or permitted through the Service.
• No prizes, jackpots, or rewards of real-world monetary value are awarded.

3) Virtual currency & items

• Virtual coins/chips/credits and virtual items have no cash value.
• They are non-redeemable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value.
• We may adjust, manage, or remove virtual balances/items to maintain the Service, including for fraud prevention.

4) In-app purchases

The Service may offer optional in-app purchases for virtual currency or items. Purchases do not increase your chances of receiving anything of real-world value. Unless required by applicable law or platform policy, purchases are non-refundable.

5) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity on your account.
• Do not share accounts or use another person’s account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

6) Acceptable use

You must not: (a) cheat, exploit, or use bots; (b) attempt to access the Service in an unauthorised manner; (c) harass, threaten, or post unlawful content; (d) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (e) sell, trade, or transfer virtual currency/items or accounts.

7) Intellectual property & licence

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, content, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

8) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and reset or remove virtual currency/items) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, engaged in fraud/abuse, or to protect the Service, users, or our legal obligations.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under New Zealand law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any).

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree that the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction for disputes relating to these Terms or the Service.
